We warranty our products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 29 days from the date of delivery. After 29 days, we must assume you have received your order, it is correct, and is in good condition.
We cannot honor warranty claims for any defects or damage caused by re-inking our pads with the incorrect ink, or with ink purchased from another company.
Returns & Refunds:
We do accept returns on these stock items. However, we do not provide or reimburse for the return shipping charges. Restocking fee of 15% will apply.
We cannot accept returns on dry pads that we have delivered to you once you have inked the pads with your ink.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order will reach its destination on time and in top quality condition. However, we can not guarantee that orders will not be lost, delayed or damaged during transit. Requests for refunds for a lost order must be made within 29 days of your delivery date. After 29 days, we must assume you have received your order, it is correct, and is in good condition.
